New Business Development Position


Overview

Mosher Media is looking for a results-driven sales professional to actively seek out and engage prospective clients in the Cleveland area.

Summary

Mosher Media is a rapidly growing video production company looking to boost sales and build its client base by adding to its sales staff. This person would be based at the Rockside Road office in Independence and would be responsible for contacting and connecting with potential new clients in North East Ohio. Candidate will also have access to, and be responsible for maintaining the ever-growing and continuously updated company database of contacts and leads.

Reports to: CEO

Works withSenior Producer

Responsibilities and priorities

Part one: Find new sales opportunities and leads

                  1. Generate leads.
                  2. Meet with potential clients and discuss video opportunities, content and ideas.
                  3. Assist in updating and maintaining database records of current customers and potential leads.

Part two: Write budgets and proposals

                  1. Collaborate with producers and other creatives to determine costs on a per project basis.
                  2. Develop custom proposals and estimates based on specific job requirements.

Outreach Coordinator Position


Overview

Mosher Media is seeking an outreach coordinator with highly developed skills in communication, organization, and service to be applied in three areas: Inside sales, client services, and web content.

Summary

As outreach coordinator, your top priority will be recognizing viable inbound leads when answering the phone and emails. Around these communications, you’ll plan and produce informative and lightly promotional articles for the company’s brand websites to draw traffic from visitors searching the web for information about video production.

Reports to: CEO

Works with:

          • Web designer/developer
          • Other creative and production staff
          • Clients
          • Vendors

Responsibilities

Inside sales: Field incoming calls, recognize opportunities, and quickly respond with estimates and project plans.

Client services: Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets, manage client relationships, and anticipate needs.

Web content:

                  1. Plan and produce blog posts to entertain, educate, and inform web audiences seeking information about the company’s services and video production in general.
                  2. Organize behind-the-scenes narratives about the company’s production teams as they work on projects.
                  3. Cultivate ideas and input from staff and leadership for new content, using experience and creative skills to adapt and refine even challenging, unusual concepts into polished content.
                  4. Conduct interviews with staff and production crew to add color, detail, and intrigue to these written pieces.
                  5. Organize and edit stories in a format that is appealing, digestible, and easy to find for new website visitors.

                  • Excellent spoken and written communication, including phone calls for sales and client service and professional instincts when handling email.

                  • G Suite (formerly Google Apps), specifically Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar
                  • WordPress
